What is the difference between a Facial for the Soul and a Traditional Facial?

Both facial experiences are designed to provide care, comfort, and renewal, but our Facials for the Soul go one step further by offering an emotional and spiritual connection that complements the physical rejuvenation of your skin.

How should I take care of my skin after a facial?

Avoid vigorous exercise, sauna, stream rooms, or any other activity that increases your body temperature which in turn can increase inflammation or sensitivity on the skin. – Use only gentle products on your skin for a week following your facial or facial treatment. – If you tend to experience cold sores, take your medication to avoid a possible flare up. – You should wait at least 24 hrs. before using makeup again.

Can I wear makeup after a facial?

It is not recommended as it may irritate your skin and lead to breakouts.

How should I prepare for a facial?

Avoid the use of products containing AHA’s, BHA’s or retinoids for 3-5 days prior to receiving your facial. – Wait at least 48 hours after waxing the face and at least 7 days after doing LHR. – Avoid sun exposure as much as possible during the week prior to receiving the facial. – Wait at least 7 days after neurotoxin application and 14 days after filler application. – Accutane or any other Isotretinoin product must be discontinued 6 months prior. – If you have a tendency to experience breakouts, take your medication 24 to 48 hrs. before coming to your appointment.
