When I think about harmony, what comes to my heart is coherence.
Harmony is the alignment between our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions — in relationship with what is happening outside of us. With life itself. With everything we do not control.
For me, harmony is flowing with the present moment.
Not rushing.
Not chasing.
Not forcing.
And as I write this, I realize something very honest: how far I sometimes am from that harmony, even though I consider myself a resilient and positive person.
I carry a lot of fire inside me — a force that moves me forward, that I truly love. Yet that same fire can also pull me away from harmony.
At this moment, I’m sitting by the water, watching its calm surface move gently. The water is peaceful, but it is not still. There is movement — quiet, constant, alive.
And it reminds me that harmony is not silence.
Harmony is not stillness.
Harmony is life.
As long as we are alive, movement is inevitable. Sometimes it is soft and subtle; other times it is strong and wavy. Both can still be harmony.
Harmony, I believe, is alignment with what is needed in the now.
There are moments when we must move fast and take action. Others when we need to pause, reflect, and wait. And there are moments when the wisest choice is simply to observe and move slowly.
Water teaches us this perfectly: balance is not stopping — it is adjusting.
Harmony is not something we achieve once and hold forever.
It is something we return to, again and again.
When we are present.
When we listen instead of forcing.
When we adjust instead of resisting.
In that return, our inner water molecules begin to find order, our nervous system regulates, and our inner world moves into coherence — naturally elevating our frequency. Life then feels more mindful and meaningful.
So, as we begin a new year, I’ll leave you with this question:
What is your intention for this new year?
Could it be more harmony?
More presence in the now?
New Year Ritual: Time, Cycles & Intentional Living
A new year is the perfect moment to establish goals — but not from pressure. From alignment.
One simple and powerful way to do this is by using the SMART framework:
- S — Specific
- M — Measurable
- A — Achievable
- R — Relevant
- T — Time-based
For this month, I invite you to focus on how you use your time.
We all have the same 24 hours.
Nature teaches us that life moves in cycles — day and night, rest and action. The more aligned we are with these cycles; the more harmonious life feels.
A simple rhythm to consider:
- 8 hours of rest
- 8–10 hours of work
- 6–8 hours for life and self-care
Sleep is fundamental. It’s when the body regenerates and restores itself. Ideally, sleeping between 9–10 PM and 5–6 AM supports our circadian rhythm.
As the sun sets, cortisol slows down and melatonin and serotonin rise, allowing deep rest and organ regeneration. When the sun rises, cortisol increases again to help us wake up and move forward.
Isn’t this amazing?
For me, our body feels like the most advanced technology — a living work of art, an amazing creation.
This is how I personally try to organize my time — although I don’t always achieve it. Still, this will be one of my main commitments this coming year, because I’ve experienced how much it truly works and how much it helps me feel more aligned with harmony.
I’m sharing this only as inspiration, not as a rule:

- Morning: meditation, gratitude, intention setting, sunlight, and water
- Movement: workout and physical care
- Nourishment: intentional meals, hydration, and nervous system support
- Work time: focused and structured (not always, but ideally — and I love how I feel when I achieve it)
- Evening: learning, reading, connection, and rest
I also take daily moments to care for my skin and connect with water during my showers. I listen to medicine music, sometimes dance, slow down, and allow this time to cultivate my feminine energy and quiet my mind. These rituals help me stay grounded, present, and regulated.
This way of organizing my time has helped me feel more efficient, more balanced, and more connected to myself.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t.
Beauty Treatments for This Season
We’re still in one of the best times of the year for laser hair removal and facials, enhanced by our HydroGreen Technology — a protocol that combines the power of water, plants, and minerals, supported by scientific principles. These treatments are ideal for deep hydration, skin renewal, and preparing the skin for spring and summer.
Book of the Month
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
This book reminds us that harmony is always available — not in the past, not in the future, but in the present moment we are living now.
Dedication
This reflection is dedicated to my co-founder — a woman who embodies harmony with grace, adaptability, and quiet wisdom.
We found each other because we complement one another deeply, and without her steady presence, I wouldn’t have been able to build even half of what we have created together.
I am deeply grateful and truly blessed to walk this path side by side.
Thank you for being here and for taking this moment to pause with me.
If you haven’t yet, I invite you to explore our previous blogs and our Water Wave Calendar — a guide inspired by natural cycles, hydration, and conscious living.
Warmly,
